This extension adds a master password to your site which permit you to login to any customer's account.

It makes it possible to conclude the checkout process if a customer did not return to your site from the payment process. Additionally you can remedy a defect in a customer´s account.

The master password can adjusted in the admin section: administration --> configuration --> my store.
