What does FAQ means ? FAQ is standing for “frequently asked questions” . With this FAQ management should the most questions be answered in the first place. So your customers can reply many questions already by themselves and don´t have to use your support.
Example by means of a payment & dispatch FAQ:
When does the forwarding expenses-free starts?
How long does a supply last?
Which modes of shipment and modes of payment are available?
What shall we do, when nobody is at home during the parcel delivery ?
I received the package and discovered a shortage, how does it goes on?
Of course there is a search function and FAQ categories.
In the admin section you can comfortably provide and administer FAQs. You can determine for example also, if your customers may be able to give a feed back and evaluate the FAQs.
